Those requesting to know of the information held and notification of the purpose for which the information is used should contact the office below and make requests by filling out and sending in the “Request to Disclose Personal Information” form. We request individuals requesting disclosure of the information held or notification for which the information is used to enclose postage stamps to the value of 1000 Indian rupee with the application. Service fees will also apply so we request your understanding in advance. We will also request your name, address and contact details when you make the application.
